9.

IV (Managing) Organization.

-

The (managing) organization of the Wui is as follows:-

(a) There shall be an Executive Committee of 13

members to be elected at a general meeting.

There

shall also be elected three expectant members of the

Executive Committee.

(b) There shall be a Supervisory Committee of

seven members to be elected at a general meeting.

There shall also be elected three expectant members

of the Supervisory Committee.

(c) There shall be elected amongst members of the

Executive Committee five men including one Chairman

to form a Standing Committee.

(d) The Executive Committee shall organize

themselves to form a Finance Department, a

Charity Department and a Propaganda Department.

(e) There shall be a Financial Committee to take

care of the finance of the Wui. This Committee

shall be composed of four members to be elected

at a general meeting.

(f) Special Committee may be formed when considered

necessary by the Executive Committee.

V Meetings.

10. The General Meeting shall have the highest power.

If a general meeting cannot be held, it may be substituted by a meeting of representatives. general meetings shall be held each year.
